What should I pack in my uni bag?

  • Take your laptop or IPad.
  • Take a pen & pad - incase you want to jot down any quick notes.
  • Take a water bottle & some snacks - so you're hydrated and don't have to spend uni on campus.
  • TAKE YOUR HEADPHONES - there's nothing worse than going to do a study session and realising you don't have anything to listen to. Or even if you want to rewatch your lecture, headphones are great to have.

How do I know where to go?

Two simple answers:

1) Google maps your building!

2) Ask someone when you get to the building if they know where the room is.

Also it's fun to explore your campus - I really romanticised it and listened to music.

What if I don’t like my course?

If you don't like your course or don't like the sound of it when you start, it's absolutely fine. If you go speak to your student support team on campus they will be able to help you. You can always change course or combine it with another degree. There are soooo many options, don't worry! Also you might even realise that uni isn't for you, which is also fine. Atleast you tried it. Again, just don't worry <3
